Systems Services of America Earns Repeat of Arby’s Red Hat Supplier Achievement Award
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Dec. 14, 2011) -- Systems Services of America (SSA) has been honored by Arby’s Restaurant Group and ARCOP, Inc., Arby’s supply chain cooperative, as its top performing distribution center with a Red Hat Supplier Achievement Award for the second year in a row.
The Red Hat Supplier Achievement Awards recognize Arby’s suppliers who have provided superior levels of service and support to the Arby’s® restaurant system.
SSA’s Portland operation edged out 15 other distribution centers across the country producing the best weighted average score in areas such as; delivery accuracy, on-time delivery, timeliness of credits, customer service and overall satisfaction.
According to Matt Cosson, ARCOP’s Senior Director of Supply Chain, no other distribution center in the ARCOP system has ever won the award back-to-back.
The award comes on the heels of SSA’s Angela Rehbein, National Accounts Manager for Systems Services of America, being named National Account Representative of the Year for 2011 by ARCOP. Rehbein won the award out of a field of 10 other account managers from various distribution centers and companies that support Arby’s nationally.
